Ceramic Coating Aftercare Guide

Thank You for choosing 3T Detailing for your vehicle protection needs. To protect your investment and get the most from your ceramic coating please follow these aftercare tips.

Do Not Wash For 7 Days

Let the coating fully cure. Avoid washing; rain and snow are just fine.

Gentle Wash Practices

  • Use pH-neutral soap

  • Wash with soft microfiber mitt/sponges

  • Avoid soft-touch drive-thru car washes

  • Always dry or rinse with spot free water

  • Dry with clean, plush microfiber towels

Maintain Every 6 Months

Bring your vehicle back for a maintenance detail to extend the life of your coating and keep it looking glossy and protected.

Remove Contaminants Promptly

  • Tree sap, bug guts, and bird droppings should be gently removed ASAP to avoid etching.

  • Use a Waterless Wash product for safe spot cleaning.
